Online Registration by the Individual Rover Scouts

The participants are welcomed to individually register themselves for the 35th National Rover Scout Moot from 14th August 2023 till 15th November 2023 through the Rover Scout Moot Website.

Camp Fee


The Camp Fee of Rs. 7,500/- can be paid online via the payment gateway offered at the end of the Registration Form.
For your convenience, we are also offering the option to pay the Camp Fee in 4 installments through our online system, as previously communicated:
  1. First installment of Rs. 1,500/- is due for Registration before 15th November 2023.
  2. Subsequently, you can pay three installments of Rs. 2,000/- each.
  3. Please ensure that the full payment is completed by 15th February 2024.

Sponsorships & E-souvenir

Sponsorships

Any of you, who is in a position to sponsor the 35th National Rover Scout Moot 2024 or introduce a potential sponsor for the 35th National Rover Scout Moot 2024, is kindly requested to contact the Fund Raising & Stakeholder Management team head, Mr. Sampath Wijesinghe on 077 755 7305 o. We expect your kind support to ensure that we cover the expenses of hosting this 35th National Rover Scout Moot 2024 for the benefit of all Scouts. The sponsorship letters including the packages will be shared on request.

E-souvenir

We intend on publishing an e-souvenir to mark this historic 35th National Rover Scout Moot 2024. All Rover Crews who wish to publish group pictures or details of their Rover Crew in the historic e-souvenir are requested confirm the required slots to e-souvenir Editor Mr. Firdhouse Peer Mohamed on firdhousepeermohamed@gmail.com or 077 477 6668. The advertisement slots are as below.
